Stem-mine: A narrow, whitish external stem mine. Pupation external (Spencer, 1976: 312).

Larva: Details unknown.

Puparium: Reddish brown; posterior spiracles each have 3 bulbs (Spencer, 1976: 312).

Comments: Galium mollugo is treated as Galium album (Hedge Bedstraw) by Stace (2010).
