AMBROSIA. Ragweeds. [Asteraceae]


Seven species of Ambrosia are recorded in Britain. All are introduced.

No Diptera miners are recorded on Ambrosia in Britain.

Elsewhere the polyphagous agromyzids Chromatomyia 'atricornis', Liriomyza huidobrensis, Liriomyza sativae, Liriomyza strigata and Liriomyza trifolii are recorded mining Ambrosia.

No non-Diptera miners are recorded on Ambrosia in Britain.
