COLUTEA. Bladder-sennas. [Fabaceae]

Two species of Colutea is recorded in Britain, Bladder-senna (C. arborescens) and Orange Bladder-senna (C. x media). Both are introduced.

Two dipterous miners, the agromyzids Liriomyza congesta and Phytoliriomyza variegata, are recorded on Colutea in Britain, and one of these also occurs on Galega.

Elsewhere the agromyzid Liriomyza congesta is recorded mining Colutea.

No non-dipterous miners are recorded on Colutea in Britain.
