EUONYMUS. Spindle-tree. [Celastraceae]


Six species of Euonymus are recorded in Britain. These include the native Spindle-tree (E. europaeus).

No miners have been recorded from Euonymus in Britain.

Elsewhere the polyphagous agromyzid Liriomyza strigata has been recorded mining Euonymus.

No non-dipterous miners are recorded on Euonymus in Britain.
