ISATIS. Woad. [Brassicaceae]

Three species of Isatis are recorded in Britain. All, including Woad (I. tinctoria), are introduced.

No dipterous miners are recorded on Isatis in Britain.

Elsewhere the agromyzid Liriomyza strigata and the drosophilid Scaptomyza flava are recorded mining Isatis.

No non-dipterous miners are recorded on Isatis in Britain.
