IVA. Marsh-elder. [Asteraceae]

Three species of Iva are recorded in Britain. All, including Marsh-elder (I. xanthiifolia), are introduced.

Two dipterous miners, the agromyzids Chromatomyia 'atricornis' and Liriomyza strigata are recorded on Iva in Britain, although the former requires confirmation.

Elsewhere the polyphagous agromyzids Chromatomyia 'atricornis' and Liriomyza strigata are recorded mining Iva.

No non-dipterous miners are recorded on Iva in Britain.
