MAIANTHEMUM. [Liliaceae]


Two species of Maianthemum, the native May Lily (M. bifolium) and introduced False Lily-of-the-valley (L. kamtschaticum) are recorded in Britain.

No dipterous miners are recorded on Maianthemum in Britain.

Elsewhere the scatophagid Parallelomma vittatum is recorded mining Maianthemum.

No non-dipterous miners are recorded on Maianthemum in Britain.
