NARDUS. Mat-grass. [Poaceae]


Only one species of Nardus is recorded in Britain, the native Mat-grass (N. stricta).

No dipterous miners are recorded on Nardus in Britain.

Elsewhere the agromyzid Chromatomyia nigra is recorded mining Nardus.

No non-dipterous miners are recorded on Nardus in Britain.
