NYMPHOIDES. Fringed Water-Lily. [Menyanthaceae]


Only one species of Nymphoides, the Fringed Water-lily (N. peltata), is recorded in Britain. It is a native species.

No dipterous miners are recorded on Nymphoides.

Elsewhere the chironomid Cricotopus trifasciatus is recorded mining Nymphoides.

No non-dipterous miners are recorded on Nymphoides.
