ORNITHOPUS. Bird's-foot. [Fabaceae]


Four species of Ornithopus are recorded in Britain. These include the native Bird's-foot (O. perpusillus) and Orange Bird's-foot (O. pinnatus).

No dipterous miners are recorded on Ornithopus in Britain.

Elsewhere the agromyzid Liriomyza congesta is recorded mining Ornithopus.

No non-dipterous miners are recorded on Ornithopus in Britain.
