SANICULA. Sanicle. [Apiaceae]


Sanicle (S. europaea) is the only species of Sanicula recorded in Britain. It is a native species.

Only one dipterous miner, the agromyzid Phytomyza brunnipes, is recorded on Sanicula in Britain and elsewhere.

No non-dipterous miners are recorded on Sanicula in Britain.
