DENDRANTHEMA. Chrysanthemums. [Asteraceae]

Two species and one hydrid of Dendranthema are recorded in Britain. All are introduced.

No British miners are recorded on Dendranthema.

Elsewhere the agromyzids Liriomyza huidobrensis, Liriomyza sativae and Liriomyza trifolii are recorded mining Dendranthema. See also Liriomyza species in Glasshouses and/or Quarantine Interceptions.

A key to the European miners recorded on Chrysanthemum including Dendranthema is provided in Bladmineerders van Europa.
